I really appreciate the service that I received from you and the store at ALL3SPORTS. Everything about the experience was perfect. The bike is exceptional – I got to take it out yesterday and what a ride! The position is very comfortable and extremely powerful. On my old bike I would have to ride for 15-20 minutes before I was warm enough to get aero. Not with my new fit – I am able to go right into aero position which I am sure is going to make a huge difference at 112 miles. The frame is fast and very stiff. I didn’t quite get what stiffness was all about until riding the Plasma. The bike just goes ... my expectations were more than exceeded.

I am writing to recognize and appreciate the exemplary customer service I received from Matt C. at All3Sports.

Recently, I decided to purchase a new road bike frameset. The Cervelo SLC-SL was among several bike I considered and I arranged for a fitting. Because there was not a 56cm frameset built out_ Matt arranged for me to test ride the owner_s Carbon Soloist. I considered this _above and beyond_ service and it made it easy for me to finally decide to go with the SLC-SL.

I bought a Kuota Kalibur TT bike last Spring from All3Sports. It is easy for me to keep coming back and recommend the shop to others with this dedicated service and focus on meeting customer needs.
